Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from ostlerbags.com, operated by Ostler Bags, 19287 San Marcos Road, Saratoga, CA 95070, United States. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order before that point, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and will refund anything paid.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product information. Dimensions, weights and airline-limit statements are measured on production samples and stated to the nearest centimetre, inch or tenth of a kilogram. Airline allowances change; check your carrier before you fly.

Returns and warranty. See our return and refund policy. Every Ostler bag carries a ten-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; normal wear, misuse and airline damage are not covered.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
